3. Tracking Your Order

We work with reliable logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and India Post to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

5. Delivery Issues

If you experience delays or issues with your delivery:

• Email us at support@kovasko.com with your order ID.
• For lost or damaged packages, we will investigate with the courier and issue a replacement or refund, as applicable.

6. Address Changes

• Address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team.
• After this window, we cannot guarantee updates due to quick dispatching.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags intact
• Returned in original packaging

Note: Products purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotions are not eligible for return or exchange, unless
defective.

2. How to Request a Return/Exchange

1. Email us at returns@kovasko.com with:

• Order ID
• Reason for return or exchange
• Images (in case of defects or wrong item)

1. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.
2. Upon receipt and inspection, we will:

• Ship your exchange item (if in stock), or
• Process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

For prepaid orders, refunds are made to the source account.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or to a bank account
(upon providing details).

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Worn, washed, or damaged products
• Custom-printed or personalized items
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for a convenient and secure shopping experience.

1. Availability

• COD is available for eligible pin codes PAN India.
• Maximum order value for COD: ₹4,000
• COD is not available for international orders.
