Payments and Returns

1. Payments Policy

At KOVASKO, we offer multiple secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.

✅ Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
• Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
• Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for orders up to ₹4,000 (T&C apply)

All online payments are processed through trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your financial information is never stored or shared by KOVASKO.

💳 Payment Confirmation

• Once your payment is successful, you'll receive a confirmation email
  with your order details.
• If your payment fails, please retry using another method or contact support.

2. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’ll help fix it.

🔁 Return & Exchange Window

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags and packaging
• Not part of clearance/sale or customized orders

🔄 How to Request a Return/Exchange

1. Email us at support@kovasko.com with:
• Your Order ID
• Reason for return/exchange
• Images (if defective or incorrect item)
2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on sending it back.
3. After inspection:
• We’ll ship the replacement, or
• Process your refund/store credit (as applicable)

💸 Refunds

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• COD Orders: Refunded as store credit or to your bank account (after collecting your bank details securely).

Please note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

❗ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or personalized orders
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Items that are worn, damaged, or missing original tags
