Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your size and design, and click “Add to Cart.” Then proceed to checkout and complete your order by choosing your preferred payment method.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing the order. Please email us at support@kovasko.com with your order ID as soon as possible.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product page includes a detailed Size Chart to help you choose the perfect fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Q: Are your T-shirts unisex?
A: Yes! Most of our T-shirts are designed to be unisex and gender-neutral, unless specified otherwise.
Q: What fabric do you use?
A: Our T-shirts are made from 100% premium cotton or cotton blends for comfort, breathability, and durability.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you deliver all over India?
A: Yes, we deliver PAN India to all serviceable pin codes.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, while express delivery (if available) takes 2–4 business days.
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Shipping is free on orders above ₹1000. For orders below that, a nominal fee is applied at checkout.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹4,000.
Q: Is it safe to shop on your website?
A: Absolutely! Our website uses secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store or share your payment details.

A: You can return or exchange any unused item within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags intact.
