Shipping and Returns
At KOVASKO, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags intact
- Returned in original packaging
Note: Products purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotions are not eligible for return or exchange, unless
defective.
2. How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Email us at returns@kovasko.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return or exchange
- Images (in case of defects or wrong item)
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will:
- Ship your exchange item (if in stock), or
- Process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
For prepaid orders, refunds are made to the source account.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or to a bank account
(upon providing details).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed, or damaged products
- Custom-printed or personalized items
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery

KOVASKO – Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for a convenient and secure shopping experience.
1. Availability
- COD is available for eligible pin codes PAN India.
- Maximum order value for COD: ₹4,000
- COD is not available for international orders.

3. Order Verification
- COD orders may be verified via SMS or call.
- Orders without confirmation may be cancelled automatically.
4. Important Notes
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay at the shipping address.
- Repeated refusals of COD orders may lead to temporary suspension of COD facility for your account.
